Thank you for shopping with Aquaphoria. We take extra care when packing live fish, shrimp, and aquatic supplies so they arrive safely.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Aquaphoria offers a live arrival guarantee on eligible live fish and shrimp orders when the package is delivered on the first delivery attempt.

To qualify for DOA coverage, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the unopened bag
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • Your order number

Please do not open or discard the bag before contacting us.

DOA Coverage

If a fish or shrimp arrives dead and the claim is approved, Aquaphoria may offer one of the following:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement, if available
  • Refund for the livestock item

Shipping costs are not refundable.

What Is Not Covered

The live arrival guarantee does not apply if:

  • The package was not received on the first delivery attempt
  • The shipping address was incorrect
  • The customer was unavailable for delivery
  • The package was left outside too long after delivery
  • The bag was opened before photos or video were taken
  • The package was delayed by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control

Shipping Days

Live orders are usually shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid weekend delays.
